AN INVITATION TO HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
High School students from throughout King County are invited to participate
in the Municipal League's Civic Scholars competition. Just send us an essay,
poem, drawing, collage or other visual representation on paper that expresses
your thoughts on the meaning of citizenship.
You don't need to do a lot of research; just describe what citizenship
means to you, or people around you. Keep paper size to 8"-1/2” x11”.
Submissions must be made to the League Office by April 28, 2000. Include name,
address, age, school and telephone number on your submission. |
